Love God
Love Others
Make Disciples
As Christians we love God by knowing Him through Jesus His Son, by worshipping Him with lives of faith, and by following Him whole heartedly.
As believers we love others with justice and mercy, serving with generous hearts, and the grace that Jesus has shown us.
As disciples, we are born through the gospel, equipped in the Church, and sent into the world as witnesses led by the Holy Spirit.
This is why we exist.
It is our great commandment and our great commission. It calls us back to our original design.
It reminds us of what we have not done... but which we have been given in Jesus.
It calls us to continue His work.
It is the story of the bible.
It is our story as well.
As such, we are a church which loves the gospel - the good news of what God has done in Jesus Christ to make us sons and daughters of God.
We cherish the bible as God speaking to the world and to us.
We believe in the tried and tested summaries of the Christian faith such as the Nicene Creed, the Westminster Confession, and the more recent Kupu Whakapono.
We have a Presbyterian structure with a charismatic flavour, believing in the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in our lives and in the world.
We long to see all people reunited with their Creator through the work of Jesus and living in the power of the Holy Spirit.
It is our prayer that God's kingdom would come.
